The School was established in 2017 by a group of professionals – experienced bankers in commercial and microfinance banks who are chartered bankers and chartered accountants, having served at the management level as branch managers, internal auditors, trainers, practicing accountants, and microfinance managing directors.
The School has had positively in the Microfinance sector because of her wide representation in the whole Six Geopolitical zones of the country, with various Training Centres in Abeokuta for the South West,
Kaduna and Kano for the North West, Gombe for the North East, Mokwa for the North Central, and Calabar for the South.
The School specializes mainly in the training of Microfinance Banks in the practical, ethical, regulatory, and professional ways in fulfillment of social mission and Sustainability, which serves as the core objective of setting up Microfinance Banks.
The School is also a partner Organisation to GIZ (German Organisation that specializes in Entrepreneurship Capacity Building)

ACHIEVEMENTS
The School has trained above 5,000 staff of Banks to date at the School, various training centres as well as In-plant programmes of various Banks in different parts of the country. Our Corporate Governance Training with various Banks in the Country is 257and still counting.
Our Customised Policy Manuals to Banks have involved over 300 Banks; Board Evaluation has recorded over 200 participants, and the 5-year Strategic Business Plan with over 100 Banks.
